What counts
- You need to be verified (license and insurance uploaded) and on the Pro or Elite plan.
- On the Free plan your jobs and reviews still count. Your level is waiting for you, and it shows the moment you upgrade.
- A job counts when the homeowner posts it on LI ToolBox, picks you, and marks it complete.
- Your own customers count too, when you run the job through LI ToolBox from start to finish: send the quote from LI ToolBox and have them accept it on the link, turn it into an invoice, and mark it paid. We email the customer to confirm the job is done, and it counts once they do. Their review counts as well.
- A review counts when it comes from the homeowner whose job you finished. Other reviews still show on your profile; they just don't count toward your level.
- Levels update as soon as a job is marked complete and are rechecked every night, so a level can go down if your rating drops.
