Homeowner accounts are free. You may search for pros, submit quote requests, send messages, and leave reviews. You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the platform to harass or spam pros.
Pros are encouraged to display accurate license and insurance information on their profiles. Misrepresenting credentials may result in account suspension. Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan and billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and your listing will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate our guidelines. Pros may respond to reviews publicly.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
LI ToolBox is a directory platform. We do not employ pros and are not responsible for the quality of work performed. We encourage homeowners to verify licenses and insurance independently before hiring.
LI ToolBox is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for disputes between homeowners and pros, data loss, or service interruptions.
